As a club, we would like to make sure that our members are living their happiest and healthiest lives. We provide both fitness clasess if you would like instruction or enjoy a class setting. If you prefer a more traditional gym setting, we have that too!
Karen has weekly Yoga classes Tuesday & Thursday at 10 am and “Active Agers” classes on
Monday & Thursday evenings at 6:30 pm. These sessions run from now through March 5th.
Kathy Dolin has a “Low Impact Cardio Dance Class” Tuesday evening at 6:30 pm and Saturday
morning at 8:30 am.
