Members are required to register all guests at the pool entrance. This includes birthday party guests and guests attending socials. An approximate head count of guests should be provided to the pool manager before any event to help ensure adequate lifeguard coverage.
A $10.00 fee for each guest will be charged to the member’s account (no charge for infants).
Non-member babysitters and nannies are subject to guest fees. A “Nanny Pass” for long-term situations is available for $100.
Guests are subject to the same rules and regulations as members and the member must be present when the guest registers and remain with the guests at all times.
To encourage membership, local guests are limited to two visits per year.  Management will treat special circumstances regarding guests on an individual basis.

Pool Manager
The Pool Manager has the authority to remove any person from the pool area at any time for infractions of the rules or any other unacceptable behavior.
Any violation of membership privileges or general regulations shall be reported by the Pool Manager to the General Manager and he shall act accordingly.

(ii) 2nd offense—the individual sits at the guard chair for a 5 to 15 minute “time out;”
(iii) 3rd offense—the individual is suspended from the pool for the remainder of the day, and the Manager or head lifeguard on duty will have a conference with the parent to determine disciplinary action.
