Fitness Facility

We like to make sure that our Members are living their happiest and healthiest lives. Our Certified Instructors provide fitness classes in a class setting and a traditional gym setting.

Group Fitness classes are offered in the mornings and evenings during the week and Saturday mornings, and Water Aerobics classes are offered in the summer.   Our dynamic fitness class seamlessly blends three essential components: cardio, mobility exercises, and strength training.  Get your heart rate up with invigorating cardio routines designed to enhance endurance and burn calories.  Improve flexibility, joint health, and overall movement patterns through targeted mobility exercises. Engage major muscle groups using bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, or weights to build strength and tone.

Our gym area is divided into two sections. One section is for cardio and includes two treadmills, two ellipticals, an upright stationary bike, and a recumbent stationary bike. The other section is for weightlifting and includes two adjustable gym benches, a smith machine, dumbbells, kettlebells, two barbells, TRX straps, medicine balls, a cable machine, and much more. 

Group Fitness classes are included in all memberships.  Our Certified Instructors also offer personal training at an additional cost.  

The gym is open from 5:00am until 9:00pm by Member key card access ONLY.
