Karen has weekly Yoga classes Tuesday & Thursday at 10 am and “Fit and Functional” classes on
Monday & Thursday evenings at 6:30 pm. These sessions run from now through March 5th.
Kathy Dolin has a “Low Impact Cardio Dance Class” Tuesday evening at 6:30 pm and Saturday
morning at 8:30 am.
Forest Oaks Sports Club offers the finest in tennis facilities including 6 lighted clay courts and tennis leagues for all skill levels. 6 pickle ball courts are also available.
