The week after Memorial Day and the week before Labor Day will have altered hours,
dependent upon school schedules.

Memorial Weekend 2024 Pool Hours
 
Friday, May 24th – 5 pm-8 pm
Saturday, May 25th – 11 am-8 pm
Sunday, May 26th – 1 pm-8 pm
Monday, May 27th – 11 am-8 pm 

 
 
We will be open after school next week daily from 5 pm – 8 pm.  However, the pool will have a few lanes set aside for Swim Team from 5 pm-7 pm.
We will start normal Pool Hours on June 8th.

Mon-Saturday 11am-8pm
Sunday 1 pm-8 pm

Swim Team early closure dates: June 11th & July 2nd, 3:00 PM.

Proper Swim Attire Required:  Regulation swimwear designed for swim activities is appropriate attire. Two-piece swimwear may be worn so long as it provides appropriate cover. No thongs, string bikinis, offensive or revealing swimwear will be permitted. Swim cover wear and shoes will be worn to and from the pool at all times.

Fourth of July: In order to uphold member privileges for the Independance Day Holiday, we ask that no in-town guests be invited to the pool. Out-of-town guests must be pre-registered and receive a pool entry pass before July 1. Guest fee is $10. Guests may not enter pool without a pool entry pass. Special Holiday Hours: 11 AM – 6 PM.


Guest Policy
Members are required to register all guests at the pool entrance. This includes birthday party guests and guests attending socials. An approximate head count of guests should be provided to the pool manager before any event to help ensure adequate lifeguard coverage.
A $10.00 fee for each guest will be charged to the member’s account (no charge for infants).
Non-member babysitters and nannies are subject to guest fees. A “Nanny Pass” for long-term situations is available for $100.
Guests are subject to the same rules and regulations as members and the member must be present when the guest registers and remain with the guests at all times.
To encourage membership, local guests are limited to two visits per year.  Management will treat special circumstances regarding guests on an individual basis.
 
Pool Manager
The Pool Manager has the authority to remove any person from the pool area at any time for infractions of the rules or any other unacceptable behavior.
Any violation of membership privileges or general regulations shall be reported by the Pool Manager to the General Manager, and he shall act accordingly.
The Pool Manager and/or head lifeguard on duty has the authority to close the pool during heavy rains or electrical storms. All members and guests shall vacate the pool area.
Any member with concerns about the pool staff and/or pool maintenance may report their concerns to the General Manager.
 
Lifeguards
All lifeguards shall be certified by the Red Cross and trained in first aid, adult and infant CPR.  Lifeguards shall be on duty at all times when the pools are open for swimming.
Lifeguards shall constantly observe activities in and around the pools and see that all rules and regulations are followed.  Pool Safety Rules – Will be posted at the pool.
 
Lifeguards may conduct a swim test to determine deep water proficiency.
Lifeguards shall enforce all rules. Disciplinary action for breaking rules is as follows:
(i) 1st offense—warning given;
(ii) 2nd offense—the individual sits at the guard chair for a 5 to 15 minute “time out;”
(iii) 3rd offense—the individual is suspended from the pool for the remainder of the day, and the Manager or head lifeguard on duty will have a conference with the parent to determine disciplinary action.
 
Children
No children under 12 years of age shall be left at the pool without direct supervision.
Unsupervised children 12 years of age or older must be able to pass a swim test given by the lifeguards before they are allowed to stay alone at the pool.
Babysitters must be 16 to supervise children.
Children are not allowed in the baby pool without a parent.
  
Miscellaneous
Rest period. For safety’s sake, all children under 16 years of age will clear all pools except the fenced baby pool and must be completely away from the edge of the pool for ten minutes each hour for a rest period. 

Swim lessons – Only authorized swimming instructors are allowed to give lessons and scheduling must be approved by pool management.

Pool toys such as balls and diving sticks may only be used on days when the pool is not crowded. The Pool Manager or head lifeguard on duty has the authority to restrict them.


Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the pool area.

No floats – Because they obscure vision, floats, and rafts will only be allowed at certain times.  

No glass bottles or glass objects of any sort are allowed in the pool area.  

No outside food or drink other than incidental items for infants and young children.

No diapers – The pool chemicals will disintegrate disposable diapers, so they are not allowed in any of the pools. “Swim diapers” are required for infants and toddlers who are not toilet trained.
In the event of pool contamination, the involved pool will be closed for chemical treatment as deemed necessary.

Personal Golf Cart Stickers – We have a limited number of Personal Golf Cart Stickers. You may stop by the office, sign the liability waiver, and get your 2024 sticker. The fee is $100. We can place it on your member account, or you may pay cash. The price will go up to $200 after June 1st.
