Normal Sunday Hours
The Pool will be open from 11 AM – 3:30 PM. The pool will be closed for the evening for a swim meet.
Full body exercise from head to toe. Cardio, mobility and balance.
Tuesday Back 9 is open. Wednesday Front 9 is open but will be sanded.
Modified hours this week.
Low to moderate interval training. Standing to floor with chair modifications.
Private event on the patio.
Chris Barker will strum his guitar while members socialize. This is a low-key, casual event for members only. Champions’ Grill will open at 5 PM. Snack Shop by the pool and the members’ bar will open at 5 PM.
